Project Overview
Through the LOGIC [script]® technology, an interactive web portal has been created to present the documentary in a completely innovative way. The portal features a map of the territory, in this case, the Lazio region in Etruria, allowing users to select the specific village of interest and view its related multimedia and informational content. The documentary serves as a preview of potential tourist itineraries customized based on customer profiling and specific needs, such as the available time.
The project is designed to be scalable and replicable, making it not only potentially expandable but also equipped with reusable assets for other territories, regions, cities, etc.
Project Objectives
Technical Objectives
-
Develop and test an innovative procedure aimed at promoting tourist sites currently outside the main visiting routes, enabling them to reach a broad audience, including international visitors, without significant advertising investments.
-
Provide tourists, who increasingly plan their leisure time through social tools and online research, with a technologically advanced tool to create personalized itineraries, facilitating the alignment of individual preferences with the entire territorial offering.
-
Provide the tourism promotion sector with a heritage of culturally rich content acquired through scientific research projects conducted with public funding.
Scientific Objectives
-
Acquisition of new knowledge by all partners.
-
Experimentation of techniques used in literature and controlled contexts applied to a real challenging case study.
-
Reinterpretation in light of recognized user categories and systematization of archaeological, historical, artistic, and environmental knowledge acquired through independent research activities, not aimed at tourism purposes.
