The project develops and systematizes an innovative decision support approach to facilitate stakeholder engagement and acceptability of measures, specifically in urban logistics, based on storytelling. The approach promotes the definition of a participatory and iterative path to co-define coordinated and shared strategies for co-creating innovative solutions.

A model is created to capture stakeholder behavior and reproduce their interaction during the decision-making process. The model will be integrated with interactive audiovisual content based on LOGIC [script]® technology, which incorporates elements of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). This will enable the real-time representation of stakeholder preferences and interactive visualization of scenario evolution, thanks to the presence of "decision logic nodes" available to the user.

The introduction of possible scenarios through cinematic narration will facilitate the visualization of stakeholder interaction dynamics regarding different sets of measures. The presentation of results will benefit from engaging storytelling, ensuring immediate understanding of various scenarios by stakeholders and policymakers. This will facilitate an informed decision-making process based on evidence.
